Car Chase Results in Buick Crashing Into K-Mart on 12th Street in Sioux Falls

“Argument in Parking Lot Leads to Car Wreck and Two Arrests”

Photo on 10-15-15 at 5.31 PM10-15-15 Sioux Falls, SD. By Devin Saxon. A car chase between a Buick and a Pontiac in Sioux Falls concluded Thursday afternoon with the Buick colliding with and nearly penetrated completely into the K-Mart building on W. 12th St in Sioux Falls, SD. According to staff at K-Mart, after plowing straight into the building, a passenger and driver traveling in the Buick quickly exited their vehicle and ran through K-Mart’s check-out aisle. The two men reported to a cashier that “a car had crashed into the side of the building” insinuating to the staff inside that they were not involved in the collision. Unaware the two men were the suspects involved in the car chase gone Hollywood movie bad, due to the impact zone being obscured from the check-out aisle’s view, the suspects were able to flee out the front door. Bystanders outside reported that a heated argument involving 4 men preceded those same four men engaging in a car chase between their two vehicles and one wrecking into the side of the building. According to Argus911 two of the suspects involved have been apprehended. Witnesses described the suspects inside the store as being 2 young Native American males and the suspects outside chasing them as 2 young African American males, who also fled the scene. Staff at K-Mart reported that nobody inside was injured in the collision. Police on scene were seen examining a backpack presumably left behind by the suspects. (Details to follow..)

Relentless: Countless Scammers Seeking To Commit Fraud Using Rental Ads in Sioux Falls

Its-Alive-Baby-e1362032882481

“Beware: Hordes of Devils Plague Craigslist Listings in South Dakota!”

9/14/15 Sioux Falls, SD. By Devin Saxon. What to call them — a curse from hell? An abomination to humanity? A plethora of damnation? Nothing seems fitting enough attempting to label these sick devious bastards currently swarming Sioux Falls rental ads on Craigslist. What do they desire other than preying on good souls, sucking blood, and stealing the hard earned money sweated out by struggling families with less than desirable credit? Only the devil knows, but one thing is certain: they all deserve a slow excruciating torture into oblivion. It’s time to meet the first poor excuse for human life on my list, a nit-wit from New York attempting to rent out a house for sale located at 222 S. Lyndale Ave. in Sioux Falls. She claims that her name is Holly L. Cisneros and that she is “hard of hearing” and unable to make conversation over the phone.  Holly, or so she says, goes on to explain that the reason her house is still listed on the market as “for sale” is that her agent was “inflating the price” and that she is “not after money.”

The next Red Flag from this dope was that no address was listed on the Craigslist Ad, only the title, “$550/2Bdr – 890sqft Comfortable and Fenced Backyard Single Family Home for Rent (Sioux Falls).” Only after my initial e-mail to this pathetic individual, was the address ever revealed — a tale tell sign that a scammer does not want the real homeowner to see the bogus rental ad. This failure at life then proceeded to cook up the greatest rental deal I’ve ever seen:

“All utilities included which include cable, gas, electric, water, and lawn removal… There is a washer and dryer in the 2 bedroom house (FOR $550) pets are also welcome. You can go by the house and see the neighborhood anytime you want… you might even look inside through the window, I could have come over to show you myself , but I am out of town, that is why I gave you the address. ” – World’s Dumbest Scam-Artist

The ultimate Red Flag finally came in not longer after replying to what may be the least thought of rental questionnaire form of all time, where this vermin hell spawn detailed the manner in which she was expecting me to go about paying the security deposit and 1st months rent while she was “out of town.”

“I already told you I am not around for now. I am on a business trip… I am sorry I couldn’t show you the inside myself. I will surely love you to secure the house by paying the security deposit and once the payment is received, I will have the keys sent to you. You will send the payment via MoneyGram or Walmart to Walmart money transfer to my secretary, and after the payment as been confirmed, I will have the keys and other documents sent to you via FEDEX in 24hrs.”  – Epitome of Failure

Screen Shot 2015-09-15 at 5.45.40 PM

Holly goes on to give me her secretary’s info for the money order she would “love” for me to send her:

“Below is my secretary info you will need in sending the money.

Name is Maxine Youngs
Address is 2651 N Harwood St,
City is Elmira
State is New York
Zip code is 14903
NOTE: After signing the papers, scan it and send it back to me, also make sure you scan the receipt of the payment. I mean the receipt from money transfer, I want to use it for record keeping.” -Thinks South Dakotans Were All Born Yesterday

It didn’t take long for this genius to get called out…Screen Shot 2015-08-07 at 8.19.46 AMAnd just when you think a scammer couldn’t get any more idiotic and obtuse, along comes this nimrod — who doesn’t even have the common courtesy of teasing me a little at least first before getting straight to the point:

“The house is still available but presently I’m not around… I have to move quickly down to Africa to have my company set up… the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know we are not after a rental fee. P.S: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VIEW THE INTERIOR PART OF THE HOUSE BECAUSE I HAVE THE KEYS HERE WITH ME.” -Runner Up to the Dumbest Scammer Alive attempting to rent out the property at 806 N. Wayland Ave. in Sioux Falls

Screen Shot 2015-09-15 at 9.20.28 PM

I proceeded to ask this fool, a degenerate going by the name Pat Austin, how I was to go about getting the keys while he was situated across the ocean in Africa — to which he replied that he would send them to me “after I fill out the application.”

Screen Shot 2015-09-15 at 9.45.53 PM

“You’d almost have to be crazy not to trust that response from Craigslist — emailed from Africa,” said no sane person ever! Apparently Mr. Austin forgot the first 8 semesters of scammer school, but at least people like Pat and Holly (a.k.a. Maxine Youngs) are keeping alive a reason why burning witch’s at the stake should be re-examined as acceptable behavior. I decree that since planet Earth seems to be taking prerogative in thinking that South Dakota is reek with medieval intellect, perhaps no one would notice should we reinstitute public burnings for Craigslist Witches currently scamming humanity with impunity?

Hammer Wielding Dentist Hater Has a Fit of Road Rage in Sioux Falls

“VIDEO: Mans Stalks Dentist with Hammer then Runs Him Down With His Car”

8/6/15 Sioux Falls, SD By Devin Saxon. An apparent psychopath named David Lee Yocom wielding a hammer stalked his former dentist all the way to his job on 69th St and Minnesota Ave in the southwest corner of Sioux Falls early Thursday morning. Many citizens are curious as to what triggered this man to be so enraged, could his teeth really be that bad? The entire city is looking forward to seeing Yocom’s smile when they walk him in front of cameras at the jailhouse — hopefully his dentist didn’t do too terrible of a job; I wouldn’t be surprised if a meme makes Yocom famous by tomorrow morning. The Dentist thankfully only sustained minor injuries. Yocom has been charged with aggravated assault. No word yet as to why this doesn’t qualify as attempted murder. (Details to follow..)

“OFFICER THREATENS WITNESS ON SCENE”

8/1/15 Sioux Falls, SD. By Devin Saxon. A biker was struck by a Meade County Sheriff’s Department SUV yesterday afternoon. According to a witness on scene, who posted these images on Facebook, the sheriff’s vehicle was attempting a u-turn maneuver and failed to see the biker before “smashing” into him.

“Pretty messed up when you witness a cop make a u-turn and smash directly into a biker…. It’s then even worse when you try to see how badly the guy is hurt and try to help and the cop threatens you and then when you tell him you saw what he did… Yea, not a great start to the rally….” -Tristan Bernard

“I can accept the fact that accidents happen, I’ve almost caused a few of them myself, none of us are perfect. I do have a respect for law officers and I don’t think that it was more than an accident of course, it happened, he didn’t see the bikers behind him, pulled a u-turn and an accident happened. What bothered me was his reaction, and at the time I wasn’t thinking about what he must be feeling also, his initial thought was probably that he just killed a person, that would probably put me on edge also. I feel bad for all parties involved. I gave my statement exactly and factually.” – Tristan Bernard

According to Kota Territory News, the injured biker was a 69-year-old man by the name of Francis Finley from Newport, Minnesota. The accident occurred on highway 79, and fortunately the biker only sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Citizens’ Militia in Sioux Falls Takes Up Arms in Defense of Freedom

“South Dakota Regiment Stands Guard Outside Military Recruitment Center on 57th St & Louise Ave”

South Dakota Regiment
South Dakota Regiment

7-22-15 Sioux Falls, SD. By Devin Saxon. Following an Islamic militant attack in Chattanooga, Tennessee, fatally wounding 5 US marines, military installations across the nation have rapidly begun being voluntarily safe-guarded by freedom loving American citizens — many of whom are appalled that recruitment centers for U.S. Armed Forces remain sitting duck “gun free zones.” However, instead of welcoming these preservationists of human rights with open arms, according to a newly released document written by the U.S. Marine Corps Recruitment Command, armed citizens are seemingly being discouraged from defending liberty in America, claiming that, “these citizens, while well intentioned, will be counter-productive to our recruiting operations.” Recruitment Center Doc1 Wouldn’t openly demonstrating resistance to Islamic-State radicalism be exceptionally productive to American military recruitment operations? If the U.S. Marine Corps Recruitment Command feels that peaceful armed men holding civilian-grade Radical-Islamrifles outside a public building are scaring potential new recruits away, shouldn’t these minute-men be THANKED? Who wants to have Marines that are afraid of humbly armed civilians? What kind of military is the government trying to recruit? One that is afraid of facing off against heavily armed barbaric enemies across seas — deploying wimpy men who can’t even look past friendly local militiamen’s firearms to walk in the front door?

The local corporate media’s news coverage was even disconcerting towards the Constitutionally inspired South Dakota Regiment minutemen, who guarded the Military Recruitment Center in Sioux Falls on Wednesday, claiming that these two proudly armed citizens possessed “military grade” weaponry, which was either a statement of ignorance or a blatant lie. Marines use 3-Round-Burst M4 Assault Rifles and civilians use the semi-automatic AR-15, if you don’t know the difference between them — don’t quit your day job.

Rifle Comparison

SD Regiment Logo What is it that America is fighting for if not for our freedoms — including our freedom to bare arms and assemble peacefully in a well-regulated militia in the face of mad-men and tyrannical Islamic-State sympathizers?  When did “being necessary for the security of a free state” get erased from the 2nd amendment of the Constitution? But most importantly, why are brave men and woman in the military disarmed at recruitment centers to begin with? Are American Marines not the most skilled and well-trained professional marksmen in the world? What disaster is the government expecting to occur by discontinuing the insanity of disarming our bravest men and woman of the armed forces simply because they are at a recruitment center or occupying a military base? Or is it that the government is afraid of armed marines wandering around on American soil while Congress and the President have the lowest approval ratings ever recorded? Until the truth is finally revealed all we can really say is Kudos to South Dakota Regiment and Oath Keepers for ensuring the security of our free state! 2nd-amendment-800x594CLICK HERE and “Like” SOUTH DAKOTA REGIMENT on Facebook!

Allegations Arise: Springfield Cop Terminates Family’s Pet, Hides Body for 8 Months

“Family Seeks Justice for the Cover-Up and Slaying of their Beloved Labrador”

7-12-15 Sioux Falls, SD By Devin Saxon. A GoFundMe page written by a distressed grandmother has recently been circulating around Facebook alleging that a police officer working for the Springfield Police Department in South Dakota unabashedly shot and killed her grandchildren’s beloved pet Labrador, then hid the body out in the woods for an 8-month period. For over ten years the family’s Labrador, Duke, had been one of the family’s best friends. As of today the family’s fundraising page has raised $400, and they plan on raising several hundred more with the hopes of being able to retain an attorney and file a lawsuit.

DUKE
Photo Circulating Around Facebook

According to the GoFundMe page, authored by Jan Juhnke, who claims to be the grandmother of the family involved, the police officer in question claimed that he was doing a humane deed because their old lab Duke appeared, “flea and tick infested.” He allegedly attested further that Duke was, “mangy looking,” continuing on to insist that Duke had, “missing hair on his lower back and butt.” Jan goes on to assert that this particular Springfield police officer concluded that her family’s pet Labrador was, “possibly diseased.” It is unclear whether or not this officer was referring to Duke being diseased while he was alive, or after Duke’s corpse was abandoned out in the woods for 8 months, but what is clear is that veterinarians generally determine whether or not an animal is diseased, and they do so professionally while the animal in question is still alive. Jan Juhnke goes on to make these comments on her GoFundMe page in regards to her family’s lost pet:

A couple weeks ago, my son drove 6 miles into the country and retrieved the decomposed remains of Duke. It was not a pretty site.

“What happened to Duke was wrong. Simply wrong. Duke was not a trouble making dog, he never had a run in with the law before. He was just an older gentle lab who made the mistake of going for a walk one Sunday afternoon last Sept. He didn’t bark at anyone, he didn’t growl at anyone, he didn’t get into anyone’s garbage, and he certainly wasn’t mangy looking. He was just a well behaved old dog who went for a walk and now he is dead.”

“A cop should not be lying to my grandkids. He made a terrible, terrible choice when he killed Duke. But you do not compound a wrong doing by committing more wrong doings.”

A point of concern, towards the bottom of the Juhnke family’s GoFundMe Page, other residents have come forward with their own similar allegations against the same police officer. Screen Shot 2015-07-12 at 6.17.06 PM

DakotaZFreePress has obtained a copy of the official police report which can be found below: DUKE report DUKE Report 2DUKE REPORT 3 “Cops claimed he didn’t know who the dog belonged to even though the town is a dinky town and the police department is half a block from Duke’s home. The cop had also seen Duke a month prior when he stopped at my son’s house. He is a liar. The tan building behind the trees is the police department.” – Jan Juhnke Duke's Home next to Police Station

Police Officer in Sioux Falls has Driving Malfunction

Sioux Falls Finest

6-28-15 Sioux Falls, SD By Devin Saxon. A couple of photographs recently surfaced on Facebook showing a Sioux Falls Police Officer attempting to ram a metal rail to death with her squad car. It is unclear if tax-payers will be footing the bill on an account of this rail jumping out in front of this officer’s patrol car. Certainly Sioux Falls’s finest are not the culprits of this collision in any way, shape or form, it must have been the inanimate object’s fault somehow. Perhaps this officer swerved out of the way of a school of ducklings, or dodged a family of kittens, saving their lives, and in the process remodeled a random alleyway-railing downtown.

The photographs appear to have been taken near a parking ramp on Dakota Ave. Unfortunately there’s no word yet on whether or not the warm fuzzy cuddly creatures this officer must have swerved out of the way to protect are still safe from any harm.

Police lately seem eager to set up as many sobriety checkpoints in Sioux Falls as possible, however in light of recent events some residents are now calling for there to be random checkpoints specifically for Sioux Falls Police Officers to submit to, reassuring residents that law enforcement is not on any drugs or alcohol while they are out on patrol. AAA
